Servicing
All types of boilers and heating systems fully serviced and electronic certificates are issued from site. Oil, LPG and natural gas boilers serviced. All boiler services come with a free system health check and maintenance inspection of all your heating system. Prices start from £65.00 + VAT but look out for a special summer servicing promotions.
Repairs
We repair any heating system, solar, unvented, all fuel types. Fixed priced repairs are £80.00 + VAT which includes all labour to repair your appliance. Parts are charged at trade prices to give the best value for money. We are on call 24 hours a day to assist with any issues you may be experiencing.
Installation
We install any type of heating system from domestic installations to commercial installation sets . Fully qualified professionals are able to advise you best on any project you are planning. Prices start from as little as £1,200.00 + VAT for boiler installations. We have a fully equipped installation team to complete full central heating system and upgrades to existing systems. We are approved installers for Vaillant and Ideal.
Plumbing
From a dripping tap, leaking radiator to full bathroom installations, we are the team for you. Our experienced plumbers are able to cope with any situation you may find yourself in. Our emergency team are on hand to help you out 24 hours a day. Our emergency teams work to a strict 2 hours attendance time. Fixed price labour rates apply on all repairs of £47.50 + VAT.
Landlords Gas Safety Inspections
In England and Wales it is a legal requirement for Landlords to have their gas appliances checked every year to ensure safety. Our gas safety inspectors are on hand to assist with these for only £49.50 + VAT.
Unlike many other of our competitors we complete these gas safety inspections at your tenants availability, offering checks from 8am until 9pm Monday to Friday and also Saturday appointments are available. This ensure that certificates are completed before going overdue.
